Summary Description:
The Manager of Office & Communications leads our day-to-day workplace operations and internal communications across two site locations. In this hands-on leadership role, he or she will ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming office environment while keeping our team connected, informed, and prepared through proactive community engagement and emergency readiness.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Ecosystem Management – Orchestrate and manage 3rd-party service providers (Facilities, Janitorial, Security, Utilities, and IT) to ensure all physical infrastructure meets or exceeds global standards and operational KPIs.
• Site Resiliency & BCP – Serve as the Chairman of the Crisis Management Team. Own the end-to-end development, testing, and execution of site-wide BCP strategies to ensure business stability during disruptions.
• Regulatory Compliance & Health Safety (EHS) – Guarantee audit-readiness and full adherence to local labor laws (DOLE), fire safety standards, and environmental regulations. Oversee the Safety Officer function to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
• Internal Communications Strategy – Design and lead the site-wide internal "voice" strategy. Partner with HR to execute high-impact engagement campaigns, town halls, and crisis messaging. Ensure all communications are consistent, culturally resonant, and address "MyVoice" objectives. Craft executive-level presentations and briefings that communicate the site’s performance and strategy to global stakeholders.
• Executive Operations Advisory & Execution – Oversee the cadence of leadership meetings, ensuring agendas are aligned with strategic priorities and that action items are tracked to completion. Act as a thought partner to the Site Director, translating high-level vision into actionable workstreams across Shared Services.
• Stakeholder Management – Serve as a proxy for the Site Director in internal and external engagements, managing critical relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Financial Stewardship & Administration – Direct the Facilities and Events OPEX budget. Drive working capital improvements through tactical vendor negotiations and continuous process optimization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (major in Operations or Management), or Communications/Public Relations or related fields
• Minimum five (5) years’ cumulative experience in Facilities / Administration / Workplace management
• Strong executive communication skills (interpersonal and presentation, written and verbal)
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with executive-level leadership and cross-functional teams
• Proven BCP and crisis management exposure
• Expertise in contract management, SLA/KPI definition, and conducting regular Business Reviews (QBRs) with service providers
• Experience in BPO / Shared Services environment preferred
• Intermediate skills in utilizing Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) or Enterprise Communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer, or Workday).
