Summary:

This position is responsible for prioritizing customer tickets and ensuring quotes are completed in a timely and efficient manner for customers.

 

Essential Responsibilities:          

 

  • Prospecting and call outs are fundamental in this job
  • Sell products and place customer orders in the ERP computer system (Syteline)
  • Respond to and resolve customer related inquiries/requests/calls
  • Identify and escalate issues to Team Lead
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures within the telephone system
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Acquisition, retention and expansion of new and existing customer relationships
  • Process more complex order/quote requests
    • Specialty case requests from sales
    • Customer retrofit requests to alter case functionality
    • Clarify, diagnose, and problem-solve escalated customer fulfillment issues
  • Multi-tasking to be able to adjust workflow to meet needs of department
  • Communicate with Operations, Product Management, and PPO/Engineering for all Specialty Retrofit projects
  • Responsible for Pulse and SAP numbers for specific customers and catalogs
  • Creating new tickets in Salesforce and generating new quotes for the team
  • Confirming of purchase orders from vendors, moving dates, and communicating with customers regarding changes
  • Processing freight damage orders/quotes
  • Follow-up with internal notes for each job in Syteline
  • Enter replacement no charge orders pertaining to parts
  • Knowledge of all manufactured parts
  • Problem solve for both internal and external customers
  • Review and identification of tickets to be able to assign to domestic and international coordinators

 

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required.

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience with ERP systems (Syteline, Oracle, Hillphoenix Portal, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Two years of related work experience
