POSITION SUMMARY:

The Aftermarket Sales Manager, Parts Centralis primary responsibility is driving double-digit sales growth for the Environmental Solutions Group (ESG) Aftermarket business by strengthening the dealer network. This position is based in the West Coast region (west of the Mississippi river) near any major airport with 25% to 50% travel throughout the region.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Champion the Dealer Excellence Program by driving KPI performance within the West Coast region.
  • Identify and communicate customer needs for new service product opportunities.
  • Recommend service product changes by identifying new opportunities and service offering portfolio changes by surveying customer needs and identifying relevant market trends.
  • Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Must be able to work autonomously, have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, be detail- oriented, a creative problem solver with excellent customer service skills, and have the ability to work constructively with a variety of stakeholders using a tactful, positive approach.
  • Experience selling services, X as a Service (XaaS) experience preferred.
  • Ability to develop specific action plans based upon key performance indicators within the sales region.
  • Motivate and inspire others by using the Team Terra principles.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required (will be eligible for the ESG Educational Assistance Program).
  • Must have at least 5 years of sales channel management experience with industrial equipment, preferably within the waste/recycling industry.
  • Availability to travel 25% - 50% as needed within the assigned sales region.
