What you will do:

 

  • Setting the sales targets and formulating business development strategies for the Team.
  • Meet and exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual - Territory Sales Targets.
  • Achieve the revenue target through effective management of daily operations via salesforce for pipeline management, accurate forecasting, visit plan, reports etc.
  • Achieve revenue targets and market share across segments with the team.
  • Develop robust sales strategy for the area and execute it.
  • Maintain &manage relationship with the clients and drive various development projects.
  • Understand the growth plans of the customer by maintaining the close contact with the key persons.
  • Keep customers informed about the new products /application development and other industry development.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and close additional Sales opportunities in the existing customer base.
  • Prospect for new opportunities and generate new customer relationships within the assigned segment.

 

What you need to have:

 

  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics.
  • Minimum 15+ years of related experience in B2B sales
  • Experience working in global matrix organization
  • Local Language: Tamil is must and Malayalam is added advantage.
  • Experience in managing team
  • Experienced level of selling, sales forecast and negotiation skills.  Experienced in lead and funnel management.
  • Strong understanding of the market and competitors.  Experienced level of customer relationship management skills. Ability to anticipate needs, sell and build customer base.
  • Entrepreneur spirit to be able to drive new and creative initiatives for both recovery and growth initiatives 
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders/ customers.
