เพื่อเป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติและควบคุมการทำงานของ Logistic Import-Export & BOI ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ To be a guideline for operating and controlling the work efficiency of Logistic Import-Export & BOI position

5. ตรวจสอบใบขนสินค้าขาเข้าและขาออก Check import and export entry document			5. ตรวจสอบใบขนขาเข้า/ขาออก ตรวจสอบพิกัดศุลกากร เช็ครายละเอียดน้ำหนักสุทธิ ปริมาณ ราคาของ ใบอนุญาตนำเข้า ใบตราส่ง ชื่อยานพาหนะ เครื่องหมาย จำนวน ที่อยู่ ประเทศกำเนิด และเลขที่Invoice วันที่ Invoice รายละเอียดทุกอย่างจะต้องตรงกับใบ Invoice Packing list และ B/L Check the import/export declaration, check the customs tariff, check the details of net weight, quantity, price of the import license, bill of lading, vehicle name, mark, quantity, address, country of origin and Invoice number, Invoice date. All details must match the Invoice, Packing list and B/L.				5. เอกสารถูกต้องครบถ้วนและมีการยืนยันกลับ ภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง Documents are complete and correct and confirmed within 4 hours.
6. การยื่นเอกสาร สมอ. Submission of TISI documentation			6. เตรียมเอกสารสำหรับยื่น สมอ. เนื่องจากสินค้าบางชนิดจำเป็นต้องใช้เอกสารอ้างอิงในการนำสินค้าเข้ามาในประเทศ Prepare documents for submission to TISI, as some products require reference documents to be imported into the country.				6. เอกสารถูกต้องครบถ้วนและมีการยืนยันกลับภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง Documents are complete and correct and confirmed within 4 hours.
7. งาน BOI ทั้งนำเข้าและส่งออก BOI work, both import and export			7. ตรวจเช็คสินค้าขณะโหลดงานเพื่อส่งสินค้าออก Check the goods while loading for ship out				7. ติด code ตู้ก่อนลากออกจากโรงงานทุกครั้ง Always attach a code to the container before the truck leave from the factory.
8. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา Other assignment from his/her supervisor			8. ติดป้ายกำกับสินค้า รายละเอียดสินค้า Label the product with product details.				8. ชิ้นงานทุกชิ้นต้องมีป้ายกำกับ ชื่อ และจำนวน All pieces must be labeled with name and quantity.

			10. คอยเช็คว่าสินค้าถึงไหน เรือจะเข้าท่าวันไหน Shipping จะเข้ามาส่งของที่บริษัทวันไหน เวลาไหนเพื่อแจ้งกับทาง Warehouseเพื่อจัดเตรียมคนในการรับสินค้าเข้าคลัง Keep monitor the goods delivery status, in order to inform the concern department to prepare for receive the goods.				10. มีการรายงานความคืบหน้าเป็นระยะ และแจ้งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน Update staus and inform to team time be time and notify arrive date at least one day in advance.
			11. จัดทำสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อยื่นอนุมัติและทำการตัดบัญชีรายการวัตถุดิบผ่านระบบ IC online Prepare product formulas for approval and conduct abd raw material balancing stock through IC online system				11. รายการวัตถุดิบได้รับการตัดบัญชีภายใน 90 วัน หลังส่งออก Raw material items are accounted balancing within 90 days after export.
