The Product Manager is responsible for creating, executing, and adapting product and technology strategies for the water-driven pump and high pressure chemical injection portfolios to meet business objective targets.  This position has the responsibility for the entire product and technology life cycles ranging from business case development for new products to sunsetting dated products.

Under the general supervision of the Global Product Manager, this role will be responsible for:


  • Identifying and understanding current and emerging market needs while working with the business development team to identify potential markets using techniques such obtaining the voice of customer (VOC)
  • Reviewing market, industry, and competitive data to develop business cases that support opportunities to maximize value propositions and develop new products and technologies
  • Executing and recommending new product strategies designed to expand existing markets and enter new application spaces
  • Leading product life cycle planning by developing product road maps and executing them
  • Effectively managing and communicating the commercialization of product launches and product changes both internally and externally
  • Providing recommendations to global pricing strategies and practices to ensure proper positioning and profits that meet expectations
  • Working along with the marketing communications team to coordinate the promotion of products and services to ensure targets are met
  • Performing other related duties and assignments as required



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, or other related field.
  • [Preferred] previous experience in product management or technical sales.
  • Product management experience preferred.
  • Capability to think strategically and globally.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Proven analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Availability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
