Job Title:        Marketing Specialist

What we’re looking for:

 

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to provide support with developing and implementing effective marketing tools to support new and existing customers.

 

The ideal candidate will be adept at wearing multiple hats being responsible for some content development, managing target audience lists, and market research.

 

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:

 

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize daily tasks
  • Support market research projects including vendor selection and interaction
  • Track project activities and timelines
  • Established strong customer service orientation, managing DFR’s Design and Learning Center visitation and activities
  • Review multiple incoming channels for market data (email, Google Trends, newsletters, RNG, etc)
  • Respond to Marketing and Design Center request directed from multi-channels
  • Review key website links to ensure continued working accuracy  
  • Help acquire, organize, analyze, build reports and disseminate market research information for company wide use.
  • Compile and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects for new product development, existing product upgrades, product conjoint analysis, commercialization, customer satisfaction, competitive analysis, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned

 

What are the basic qualifications?

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 4 years’ experience in an administrative support role

 

To be a great fit for the role:

 

  • Basic experience with HTML and Wordpress website development, administration and maintenance
  • Understanding of Oracle accounting systems, payables, receivables and the related software
  • Knowledge of database development, management and the database applications such as Excel and Access
  • Experience leading and managing various projects and small teams to accomplish specific project goals
  • Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
  • Basic statistical analysis
  • Self-starter and self-driven
  • Organized and proactive
