Job Title:        SIOP Business Analyst

Location:        Conyers, GA             


What we are looking for:


SIOP Business Analyst who has business experience and proven skills to manage the analytical tools to integrate the sales forecast driving close collaboration and partnership with Sales, Product management and Finance.


This professional works for SIOP development, implementation processes, procedures, and data automation, providing meaningful insights about how to improve current business operations. pose knowledge of coding and other computer programming tactics to automate data collection and storage tasks.


Their job is to work closely with company departments, promoting cross functional collaboration to pull data following department decisions or initiatives to weigh their success. They may also be responsible for creating a system for collecting and storing data within company databases to create SIOP data-pack metrics supporting SIOP process decision making.


This position will work closely with DFR’s Information technologies, Finance, Product Management and Sales. In addition, the role will provide recommendations to maintain data integrity alignment across the process /systems involved.



What you will be responsible for in this role:


  • Manages and facilitates the Sales forecast review by partnering with Sales Regional Managers, Vice-presidents, and Product Managers
  • Integrates the different sources of data to predictive analytic tool to get different what-if sales forecast scenarios, presenting these and providing recommendations to improve the sales forecast accuracy.
  • Manage and leads the monthly SIOP calendar activities to capture the New products forecast, offer transitions and /or discontinuations by having close collaboration with Product management team.
  • Pull data from company databases and outside sources. Based on his/her assessments, to address reoccurring issues or potential business opportunities to Sales Product Management, Finance and Supply Chain. Supports SIOP initiatives through creation of KPI dashboards and presentations
  • Develop processes and methods to gather and present supply chain data across multiple ERP systems, analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement



What are the basic qualifications?


  • Bachelor’s Degree required in the field of, Computer science, Engineering in Information technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or Business.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience



Preferred qualifications


  • Master of Business Administration in Information Technology
  • Required Power BI and BI experience, advance Excel, Dashboards and KPI creation and Microsoft office.
  • Computation and visualization, Data Mining, Business Intelligence, SQL, Tableau, Probability & Statistics, Predictive analysis.
  •  ETL Extract transfer & Load knowledge could be from any analytical tool
  • Finance and Business analysis experience is a plus.
  • Project Management and lean experience (desirable)
