Job Title:        Talent Acquisition Specialist             

Location:        Conyers, GA or Remote             

 

 

What we’re looking for:

 

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) who will be responsible for supporting the professional staffing team for multiple sites across the North America, reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition. The TAS will manage documenting talent acquisition processes, coordinating candidate travel arrangements, manage professional staffing invoices, and own the contingency process of new hires. Recruit for hourly functional positions, and occasionally recruit early career or intern positions.

 

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:

 

  • Supports employment functions, interfaces with candidates, hiring managers and HR business partners to provide a smooth, efficient, and OFCCP compliant recruitment process 
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, and HR Business Partners to ensure a positive candidate, experience.  
  • Creating job requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and posting to niche applicable websites, or targeted job boards, as needed 
  • Leverages internal HR system to facilitate background checks, drug screens, and general posting and on-boarding requirements. 
  • Coordinate candidate interview schedules by leveraging interviewing teams Outlook calendar  
  • Schedule necessary travel arrangements (flights, rental vehicles, hotel, etc.) 
  • Assist in managing staffing process documentation 
  • Implements marketing and branding campaigns, attending networking and career development events. 
  • Own professional staffing invoicing  
  • Provides recruiting support for DFR recruiting where workload allows. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.  

 

What are the basic qualifications?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years’ experience with high-volume recruitment 
  • 4+ years’ experience providing administrative and project coordination experience   
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting high performing talent acquisition or staffing teams.  

 

What are the preferred qualifications?

 

  • Prior experience supporting multiple locations simultaneously administratively 
  • Experience adhering to OFCCP regulations

  • Strong technical competence and proficiency using Microsoft Office suite products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams) 
  • Experience using ATS systems 
  • Demonstrated success in building credible relationships, and proactively partnering with business leaders throughout the recruitment and selection process. 
  • Detail oriented with exceptional time management skills and accuracy in presentation of information. 
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and legislation. 
  • Highly effective communication skills (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal effectiveness, and the ability to work with all levels of management and employees
