At DFS, we have an opportunity for a Territory Service Manager to be Home-Officed based in the Denver, CO area. This Territory Service Manager (TSM) will be responsible for managing services in the following territory: Colorado (primary), New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana.


Position Summary:

The Territory Service Manager will be responsible for managing services within the assigned territory and will be a proactive resource to Field Service Manager, Service Network and our Customers.  This TSM will interface with service contractors and ensure adherence to Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) service policies and procedures. The TSM will facilitate the repair and service needs of our customer fueling stations to ensure quality level of SLAs.


Position Responsibilities:

The TSM will lead efforts related to recruiting, training, developing, evaluating and supporting independent third-party service companies who service DFS products and programs. This will include the review and audit of appropriate parts, inventories and staff.


As a TSM, duties will include the monitoring of contractor performance metrics to ensure quality work and adherence to contractual agreements, respond and restore times in a safe manner. Managing service network to include the hiring and removing service organizations as needed to align with business needs.  The TSM will assist with the development and implementation of support plans.


A TSM will manage warranty expenditures. The role will include the mediation of service escalations and address any service gap. Interface with service teams to aid in establishing best practices.  Assist the commercial team with distributor and customer meetings including regional trade show support. Essentially serve as interface role to key internal and external customers. Provide updates and reports as required to ensure service alignment.


Qualification Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have AAS degree with two to four years of hands-on experience managing field service personnel.  In addition, this candidate must be proficient with MSOffice with clear and effective communication skills.
