•    Optimize material presentation and line-side delivery, enabling one-piece flow, reducing motion and waiting waste, and improving operator productivity.
•    Partner with OpCo to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through structured industrial engineering methods (e.g., SMED, TPM, bottleneck management, and capacity balancing).
•    Develop and deploy Value Stream Maps (VSM) and conduct Cycle Time (CT) studies to identify constraints, eliminate waste, and improve overall process flow and lead time.
•    Lead continuous flow implementation initiatives, transitioning batch processes into pull-based systems aligned with takt and customer demand.
•    Define and standardize assembly workstation design principles, including ergonomics, tool positioning, and part flow, to ensure repeatability, safety, and efficiency.
•    Develop Dover Enterprise Industrial Engineering Standards and deployment playbooks for assembly design, material flow, labor planning and manufacturing system architecture.
•    Digital Play Book – partner with Dover Digital to deploy Digital work instructions and process controls and performance monitoring and feedback. Enable and deploy advanced digital tools for time study analysis and digital twins effectively bring value form simulation.
•    Optimize plant layout and internal logistics flows, focusing on minimizing transportation, improving space utilization, and enabling scalable assembly operations.
•    Establish and govern Kanban and pull replenishment systems, ensuring alignment with PFEP parameters and production consumption patterns.
•    Strengthen internal capabilities by deploying standard work, visual management, and flow-based playbooks to support OpCo maturity progression.
•    Conduct root cause analysis and structured problem solving to eliminate recurring disruptions in assembly flow, material shortages, or line inefficiencies.
•    Lead and support continuous improvement and capital projects, with a focus on assembly automation, material handling systems, and flow optimization.
•    Analyze performance data to identify gaps in line performance, material flow, and labor utilization, implementing sustainable corrective actions.
•    Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard work, PFEP structures, material flow diagrams, and line balance sheets.
•    Support new product introduction (NPI) ensuring assembly processes are designed for flow, scalability, and material synchronization from day one.
•    Manage multiple OpCo initiatives, ensuring alignment with Dover’s strategy and disciplined execution of assembly and flow transformation programs.
•    Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering (Advanced Manufacturing) teams to align equipment design, automation strategies, and industrialization efforts that support optimal assembly flow and material handling efficiency.
•    Travel as required (up to 60%) to support OpCo engagement and onsite implementation of assembly and flow improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements/Desired Characteristics:
