Through our summer Leadership Development Internship, our goal is to provide meaningful engagements and challenging opportunities to rising-Seniors who are looking for more than your typical Internship over their summer.  After completing your project(s), you will have an opportunity to present your results to senior company leadership and get real-time, immediate feedback on your work-product.  The goal of our Internship program is to give you a feeling for a meaningful working experience in a global company, while we get an opportunity to see what you can do when presented with challenges and opportunities.  At the end of the Internship, you may leave with an offer in-hand for full-time employment* following your expected graduation.  Coming out of school, new hires will engage in a 24-month rotational leadership program consisting of two different assignments (12-months each) across Dover’s business segments. In each assignment, participants will take meaningful IT assignments in the areas of business systems development, security operations, business intelligence and analytics, project management, process automation, machine learning, and many more!  With support and mentorship from local and Dover corporate leadership, each assignment will offer a hands-on, supportive environment that fosters both formal and informal learning and development, while delivering business value.
