Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Corporate HR Centers of Excellence and OpCo HR/Business leaders to assess, design, develop and manage delivery of Dover-wide talent development programs
  • Develop/source talent development partners, including the development of internal program facilitators to ensure programs are scalable and sustainable
  • Design the annual LEAP programming calendar based upon identified needs across the organization, source appropriate training partners, drive program awareness and manage program logistics (nomination, registration, survey administration, etc.); continually evaluate courses and make adjustments to drive effective programming.
  • Collaborate with partners such as DeVry University to establish annual calendar of programming and promote learning opportunities across the business.  
  • Partner with HR, Legal and Compliance leaders to identify and prepare eLearnings for launch; Partner with LMS Training Manager to execute launch. Topics may include HR related topics for Managers and HR Leaders and other topics related to broader audiences such as diversity and inclusion. 
  • Manage eLearning Catalogs such as LinkedIn Learning, Franklin Covey, DeVry University and others to make relevant training available to appropriate audiences. 
  • Facilitate development programs such as Foundations of Leadership, Effective Interview Training and others to provide impactful learning experiences; partner closely with others to build effective internal Dover facilitators to help drive scalability of programs.
  • Manage the nomination and submission process for award programs such as the annual STEP Awards via the Manufacturing Institute; continue to identify and assess other programs designed to recognize talent across Dover.
  • Partner with the Corporate HR Centers of Excellence and OpCo leaders to help support Dover’s Internal Talent Mobility Program; raising awareness of opportunities for internal career advancement.            


  • 5+ years’ experience in HR, Talent, Organizational Development or a related field.
  • Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Leadership, Talent Development or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders across diverse regions and at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
