We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sourcing Analyst to join our dynamic sourcing team.  The primary responsibilities of this role are to leverage data-driven insights to identify cost saving opportunities, optimize sourcing strategies, and support strategic decision-making.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive PowerBI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into sourcing metrics and procurement spending qualitative profile development and analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings and working capital improvement, and potential risk areas.
  • Perform detailed spend analysis, category analysis, and supplier segmentation.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to support strategic sourcing initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and creating interactive dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all team members, stakeholders, management, and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain principles and practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
