Job Responsibilities
Under the direction and support of the Director of Risk Management, responsibilities include the following:
- Coordinate collection of exposure data from internal sources for all insurance programs (domestic and international), including analysis of the data and explanation of changes:
- General & Products Liability
- Workers’ Compensation
- Auto Liability
- Umbrella/Excess Liability
- International Liability
- Aviation (Aircraft Products Liability, Non-owned and Drone)
- Property
- Business Travel Accident
- Cyber Liability
- Crime
- Fiduciary
- Employment Practices for all domestic and international locations
- Prepare applications for insurance renewals
- Work with insurance company on the auto physical damage program
- Review policy documentation to ensure accuracy
- Assist Director with allocation of premium and expenses to Operating Companies
- Provide claim notices to insurance company, track status and assist with claim questions
- Assist with review of insurance provisions in contracts and leases
- Serve as single point of contact for bond, certificate and auto ID card requests
- Conduct first review of invoices and process for payment
- Maintain international schedule of insurance and work with broker to identify stand alone policies to be integrated into Dover program
- Serve as single point of contact for Operating Companies regarding insurance inquiries
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of prior risk management, broker or underwriter experience
- BA/BS degree required
- Insurance designations: Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) desirable
- Exceptional interpersonal and analytical abilities including fully developed written and verbal communication skills
- Superior Project Management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Work Arrangement : Hybrid
Pay Range: $97,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually
This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
