Regional Sales Manager - Middle East

The Role

 

The new Channel Development Manager will be leading the Sales and business development strategies to achieve market leadership and sustainable business growth for Middle East market.  The incumbent should work closely with external and internal stakeholders in driving the marketing and business development activities effectively to achieve the sales targets.​

The selected candidates will establish permanent link with customers in a daily base and with market segments to llow constant valuable voice of customer feedback. Gain and capitalize market knowledge to help the distributor in working out their sales tactics. Network in the Industry Events and Trade Shows in order to assess new channel partners as well as the market competition and technology. You will report to the EMEA Indirect Sales Channel Director.​

 

What you will do:

 

  • Partner with internal/external Stakeholder in driving actions and execution to exceed commercial and financial targets.​
  • Identify and select new channel partners to deliver growth strategy.​
  • Identify market opportunities and threats, monitor competition activities.​
  • Use various sales tools, including SalesForce.com, in mapping sales efficiency, prospects and revenue progression.​
  • Gain and capitalize market knowledge to help the distributor in working out their sales tactics while partnering with marketing and pre-sales technical service team.​
  • Participate in daily partner meetings with end customers as well as perform prospecting and follow-up tasks for large global, regional and national accounts.

 

What you need to have:

 

  • Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or Business.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in Market / Business Development role within a technology-based company with complex B2B interactions focused on Distributor/Partner management.​
  • Customer relations Management experience strongly desired. Strong ability to drive change and influence.
  • Ability to lead and work within cross functional teams or projects.
  • Arabic and English fluent.
  • Travelling more than 30% abroad the country. 50% activity on the field.
  • Ability to create and develop high value-added proposition.
