In course of our strong growth in the Hygienic sector and to further drive new product development and commercial growth across sanitary, medical and biopharmaceutical markets and applications we are looking for a 


Business Development Manager


located either near Düsseldorf, Munich or London.



Your primary responsibilities:


  • Achieve the defined sales targets by region and application area per the annual operating plan
  • Execute strategy to leverage commercial, operational and organization opportunities to deliver revenue synergies
  • Develop commercial opportunities and manage the commercial pipeline to drive end-use adoption
  • Identify, acquire, and manage new customers in new markets and applications
  • Identify acquisition and product development opportunities within core and adjacent technologies
  • Drive alignment of product development priorities and create go-to-market strategies within Hygienic applications across multiple brands


Your profile:


  • Bachelor degree required; MBA preferred
  • Must be able to travel 50% (includes global travel)
  • Strong commercial leader with proven success in being hands-on driving sales and account conversion
  • Exceptional organizational skills including a demonstrated ability to take initiative and follow through diligently when leading projects
  • Effective communicator (written and oral)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Expert knowledge of fluid handling systems in the sanitary, medical / biopharmaceutical, food & beverage or consumer goods markets
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in environment of quick turnaround times and rapidly changing requirements
  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; SharePoint experience a plus
  • PMP Certification a plus
