Job Summary:

 

  • Working as a critical part of the OK International European Internal Sales team you will have a varied role including Daily shipment updates, dispatch instructions, co-ordinate returns, customer relationship management, customer services and sales administration, data input, data cleansing.
  • Support our sales representant based in UK, France, Germany and England, shipping activities, returns.
  • Maintain the company’s reputation by constantly and consistently meeting and exceeding the customer’s expectations.  
  • Communicate customer feedback to help us constantly improve our service.
  • Support customer service team – additional back up for team.

 

Job Duties

  • Respond to incoming calls and demand from customers regarding shipments in transit, chasing shipping company for latest updates on late or missing shipment

 

  • Create Daily shipping instructions to the Warehouse to ensure timely dispatch of goods on scheduled delivery dates

 

  • Create and send to customers weekly open orders reports highlighting available stock to customers

 

  • Create any commercial invoices required for the team for any returns/warranty claims/sample orders or free of charge orders

 

  • Co-ordinate the returns process from Sales to TSD team communicating any updates to customers from collection to return to customers.

 

  • Organise any sample requests from RSM to customers through the Warehouse team

 

  • Set up and review any Visual compliance activities/Know your customer requests.

 

  • Cross trained to provide additional administrative support to our sales representants based in UK, France, Germany and India, when required.

 

  • Uses computer to produce reports and other documents. Follows general instructions for desired format of work.

Work Experience Requirements

 

  • Previous Customer Service Experience, ideally within a manufacturing and/or a Distribution environment
  • Previous Sales administration Experience, ideally within a manufacturing and/or a Distribution environment
