SCOPE:

The Financial Analyst position in ECI is a high visibility position with primary responsibility to drive the successful execution of financial reporting, planning, analysis and other business projects. This position partners closely with the senior leaders of the ECI to consolidate and organize multiple financial reporting and analysis processes utilizing professional accounting standards and practices. The scope of this role will increase as business priorities emerge and grow with ECI.

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:

 

· Responsible for analyzing the reporting of the financial statement with daily metrics, the monthly business report and strategic goal deployment.

· Responsible for leading the overall month-end consolidation close process.

· Partner with the Senior Director of Finance and Controller to lead the budgeting process to include Sub reviews, corporate templates, and system loading and reporting.

· Responsible for the forecasting process.

· Responsible for the reporting system efficiency, accuracy, training and usefulness.

· Prepare daily and weekly communications of orders, sales, inventory, margins, working capital and variation from plan.

· Lead and assist continuous improvements in internal controls and remediation planning and execution.

· Drive audit remediation planning, execution and testing

· Drive, develop and document best controller practices

· Get involved in all key business and operation functions to understand the changing landscape, give financial advice on changes, and anticipate and effectively communicate financial impact of changes.

· Perform ad-hoc analysis to support various business needs

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

 

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

· CPA is required.

· Minimum of two years public accounting and five years’ experience in a manufacturing.

· Computer savvy: Knowledgeable with ERP, Excel, MS Office Suite, etc.

· Strong financial and budget management skills. Demonstrated results of outcome versus budget achievements. Possesses a natural metric orientation and work approach.

· Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multi-cultural, global environment.

· International experiences a plus.

· Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
