As a Global Trade & General Compliance leader, you’ll report into the DII segment CFO and manage a team of 20+ headcounts based across multiple locations worldwide, whilst covering a very broad range of compliance activities across Trade & General Compliance.

This role can be located in our HQs in Geneva or in our coporate office in Sant Cugat (Barcelona).

 

What you’ll do:

 

•             Provide insight to the key corporate leaders on driving the business in a compliant way whilst liaising with parent company compliance stakeholders on key matters

•             Lead all Trade Compliance (customs, export control & sanctions, licenses & authorizations) and General Compliance (Code of Conduct & Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Third Party Due Diligence) activities

•             Work closely with global training organization to ensure all trainings and programs are updated and run regularly as required

•             Liaise regularly with external (customers, suppliers, governmental entities) and internal (commercial organization, group company) stakeholders

•             Act as a change agent improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the global compliance team

 

 

What you need to have:

 

•             +15 years’ experience across Trade Compliance, General Compliance, Legal Practice

•             Proven experience in a key leadership position with ideally global reach

•             Proven Business-to-Business environment experience

•             Solid experience working in a multinational, matrix organization

•             Proven track record of leading remote and geographically spread teams

•             Appetite to take challenges, and present innovative ideas for improvement through research and analysis.

•             Strong business acumen

•             Good communication and presentation skills

•             Willingness to travel as required
