Roles & Responsibilities: 
1.Responsible for selling company products and services through resellers/channels in assigned territory, Represents the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support.
2.Identify partners in specific customer segments and industry verticals to approach, create and articulate compelling value propositions around MI’s service
3.Ensure that MI is the partner’s preferred cyber security solution for all existing and new customers
4.Build and develop a robust pipeline of through partner opportunities
5.Working experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking purposes(Above business related shares the channel sales 50% work load.)
6.technical support by phone call and site training (occasionally) for distributors
7.On sit technical instruction for distributors.
8.Technical support shares 50% work load of the channel sales;      

Qualifications and Experience:
1.Possess significant partner management or business development experience in the FMCG or common industry.
2.Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
3.Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

Education And/Or Experience:           
1.College degree or above, more than 5 years Channel sales experience in common industry
2.Aggressive & independent, willing to accept challenge to acquire new account. 
3.High-impact communication skill with internal colleague and external customer/partners.
4. Self-motivated & flexible to travel
