Position Summary职位描述:

负责建立、维护、持续改善公司HSSE（职业健康/安全/安保/环境）管理体系，降低公司HSSE风险。

Key Responsibilities主要职责:

1、获取国家和地方HSSE法律法规，并遵守国家和地方HSSE法律法规;

2、确保当地的HSSE政策符合集团总部要求;

3、负责公司整体的HSSE管理，跟进环境因素和危险源识别、评估、改善，减少风险源，避免安全、环境

污染、职业健康、消防及治安事故事件的发生;

4、负责建立、维护、持续改善OHSAS18001、ISO14001等EHS相关体系，修订和完善相关规章制度；

5、组织EHS相关培训，包含不仅限于三级安全教育（厂级、车间、班组），监督培训执行情况；

6、组织特种设备的申报、年检、停用、注销等管理，确保特种设备使用符合国家法规要求；

7、各类HSSE事件的调查及处置，完成事故调查报告，分析事故根本原因，制定预防控制措施；

8、负责与集团HSSE的联系，定期参与集团会议，汇报提供相关数据；

9、负责与政府部门的联络沟通，例如安监、环保、消防等部门，负责政府及相关方的各类EHS检查及

稽核。

Candidate Experience and Qualification经验和资格要求:

1、大学本科及以上安全、环境, 化工相关专业；

2、3年以上在外资企业,或国内石油行业, 化工企业从事EHS相关工作者

3、熟悉国家及地方的EHS相关法规，持有EHS相关资格证书者优先，例如：注册安全工程师；

熟悉EHS各类管理知识，EHS常用风险评估方法；

4、具有环境管理和职业健康安全管理体系推动及管理的经验，具备英语听说读写能力，熟练使用

Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件；

5、具有较强的组织协调能力、应急处突能力、抗压能力，全局意识
