Position Summary职位描述:

Leading and facilitating Human Resources management areas focus in coordinating and administrating compensation and benefits , Rewards process; facilitating internal  & external training delivery and driving effective performance management to improve working force Performance. 

 

Key Responsibilities主要职责:

 

Compensation & Benefits ( 60%) :  is accountable for processes associated compensation and benefits including:

 

  1. Regula monthly Payroll / benefit validation and payment arrangement
  2. C&B policies /process evaluation and renew,  including employee manual
  3. Reward & recognition programs monitoring & communication
  4. Annual merit increase /AIP process and annual total remunerations market survey
  5. Annual commercial Insurance (including EL)  assessment and renew
  6. Annual Labor costs AOP , monthly rolling forecast and updates
  7. Labor productivity monitoring ( productions/service team)
  8. Propose offers for new hires and internal promotions
  9. Support global C&B project and restructuring

 

Performance Management (20%):  focuses on improving workforce performance including:

  1. Facilitating performance review processes and tools (e.g., goal setting, check-in , year-end performance dialogue , performance calibration and results documentation, etc.)
  2. Monitoring performance management focus alignment between rating and compensation decisions
  3. Monitoring individual and team performance results to rewards, promotions, and development opportunities  
  4. Support the training for people managers to reinforce the importance of rewarding high performance, and addressing under performance
  5.  

Training & Development  (20%) Delivering training for the general workforce and targeted functions/employees including

  1. Annul Training assessment & Planning
  2. Training plan execution :training scheduling, training materials, training guides/manuals, course evaluations, etc.
  3. Training vendor selection and training effectiveness tracking
  4. Orientation for new employees  
  5. FaciliateTraining follow-up and best practice sharing (team sharing or posting

 

 

Candidate Experience and Qualification经验和资格要求:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree  in human resources management is preferred
  • At least 5 years of strong relevant HR  experience
  • Lead by example of cultivating excellence and growth mindset
  • Skilled and experienced in influencing others and achieve common goals
  • High team spirit & commitment
  • be fluent in both written and spoken English/Chinese.
