Position Summary职位描述:

Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.

Key Responsibilities主要职责:

12. Manage quality assurance policies and procedures;
13. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards;
14. Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards;
15. Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data;
16. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality;
17. Lead internal audits and other quality assurance activities;
18. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues;
19. Collect and compile statistical quality data;
20. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system;
21. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions;
22. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities;
23. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards;
24. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers;
25. Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions;
26. Monitor risk management activities;
27. Responsible for document management systems;
28. Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Candidate Experience and Qualification经验和资格要求:

12. Bachelor of Science or above, Mechanism or Electronics preferred.
13.  
14. 10 years of quality experience, with at least 3 years of management experience, leading engineers and supervisors;
15. At least 5 years of experience with Medium and large mechanical products, with assembly technologies;
16. Certifications preferred, including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma;
17. Experience of quality inspection, auditing and testing;
18. Experience with implementation of corrective action programs;
19. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases;
20. Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA;
21. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
