Position Summary职位描述:

负责充电桩产品电气系统方案的设计与开发；指导并确保产品在样机阶段电气生产工艺的顺利进行；负责处理产品生产、安装或售后环节中的电气质量问题，并进行分析和解决。

Key Responsibilities主要职责:

1. 负责交流/直流充电桩新产品的电气系统方案设计、现有产品的电气系统优化。包括：电气件选型、电缆选型、电气原理图、电气接线图、线束图、BOM整理及整机工艺文件等；
2. 主导充电桩电气系统的仿真、测试与验证，确保产品电气设计符合国标（GB/T）、欧标（IEC/EN）、美标（UL）等相关标准，配合完成产品电气安全、EMC、环境适应性等认证测试。
3. 编制电气设计文档、BOM清单、测试规范等文件，为生产、测试、售后等部门提供电气技术支持和培训。
4. 解决充电桩在试产、量产及现场应用中的电气相关问题，参与产品故障分析，提出改进方案并跟踪落实。
5. 与结构、软件、测试团队紧密合作，确保电气设计与其他模块的协同。
6. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

Candidate Experience and Qualification经验和资格要求:

1. 电气工程及其自动化、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业全日制本科及以上学历；
2. 5年以上电气设计经验，至少3年充电桩或新能源相关行业经验，有独立承担项目经验；
3. 熟练使用CAD制图软件、office办公软件等，具有良好的沟通和书面表达能力；
4. 熟悉充电桩系统架构、关键部件（如功率模块、继电器、电表、绝缘检测模块等）；
5. 精通电气原理图设计工具（如Altium Designer、CADe-SIMU、Eplan等）；
6. 熟悉交流/直流充电桩电气标准（如GB/T 18487.1、GB/T 20234、IEC 61851等）；
7. 掌握电气安全设计、EMC设计与防护、热设计等相关知识；
8. 了解常见充电协议（如CCS、CHAdeMO、GB/T、OCPP）；
9. 熟悉电气测试仪器（示波器、功率分析仪、绝缘测试仪等）使用；
10. 有充电桩认证（如CQC、CE、UL）或储能系统、光伏逆变器、电动汽车电源相关经验；
