Planner

Part of Dover Corporation’s Engineered Systems segment, Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is a strong, diverse and dynamic global leader in the vehicle service industry. VSG comprises 13 major vehicle lifting, wheel service, diagnostic and collision repair brands: Rotary Lift®, Chief®, Forward®, Direct-Lift®, Ravaglioli, Hanmecson®, Revolution®, Elektron, Blitz, Nogra, Butler, Space and Sirio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•      Create, maintain, monitor and report of manufacturing plans and schedules.

•      Work with the manufacturing department to provide accurate production requirement, barcode, etc.

•      Develop and implement process improvements.

•      Continuously optimize the information flow and material flow.

•      Adjust the plan quantity to control the inventory level

•      Check the difference between material usage and planned

•      Collect and report the production line information

•      Other tasks assigned by direct superior.

CRITICAL SHORT-TERM OBJECTIVES or CRITICAL ASPECTS OF ROLE NEXT 2-3 YEARS

•      Learn the production process.

•      Learn the lift models and material type.

•      Learn the currently software for production plan.

OVERALL QUALIFICATIONS – Skills and Experience

•      College degree or above

•      At least 3 years working experience in production material planning

•      Proficient in office software and ERP system

•      Good communication, organization and coordination skills
