Accountabilities:  Efficiently and effectively assist with the satisfactory completion and administration of the following items in order to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.

  1. Warehouse operations
  2. Inventory control               
  3. Data Entry
  1. Safety                                                            
  2. Quality assurance


Responsibilities:  Responsibilities of this position are in addition to the essential job functions and responsibilities of a production associate including but not limited to those responsibilities and essential job functions associated with roles in assembly.


  • Complete required activities for an assigned area while consistently maintaining product quality and safe work practices
  • Accurately pull finished goods from production cells and stage in Shipping area
  • Work closely with Inventory to monitor supply levels and submit purchasing recommendations on a regular basis
  • Accurately label shipments for transportation and provide all required documentation
  • Efficiently utilize Oracle to complete material transfers
  • Collaborate with Inventory and Purchasing employees to determine when inventory inaccuracies occur 
  • Safely breaks down shipping crates for raw material to be staged in production cells
  • Safely use standard packaging equipment
  • Accurately inspects, identify and receive incoming materials against the shipping log
  • Ensures all materials in warehouse racks and assembly cells are labeled with correct part number and quantities
  • Address all quality concerns via the appropriate channel for cells within the scope of responsibility
  • Promote continuous improvement within work area (Daily Kaizens)
  • Assure work environment is clean, orderly and free of safety hazards (5S)
  • Actively participate in all department projects, tasks, and objectives including but not limited to continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards as well as absolute personal and intellectual integrity, mature judgment, and innate cooperative nature, and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Other activities as needed


Qualifications, Requirements, and Essential Job Functions:

  • Satisfactory completion of a 90 day review program
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English comprehension and expression both verbal and written
  • Ability to manually and repetitively lift 50 lbs.
  • Sustained satisfactory attendance record by not exceeding 9 points, or the allowed five (5) call in’s per the OPW attendance policy at any time.
  • No history of repeated or severe disciplinary action for violation of OPW company policy
  • Satisfactory completion of all required training programs
  • Ability to work adjusted shift times, and or work overtime to accommodate production / project needs
  • Ability to effectively use a computer, oracle, and  navigate a Windows operating systems
  • Ability to acquire or have a tow motor license.
