Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Be a forward looking, proactive Finance partner providing actionable insight and challenge to the business in all areas of performance.
- Report financial KPIs, project and P&L performance management reporting and analysis (profitability, net working capital and cashflow) accurately and transparently, enabling effective decision making for (Functional) Management.
- Prepare and review accurate and timely management reporting for our PCE business.
- Provide insightful analysis on business performance and trends with a forward-looking lens and driving action as required across the business.
- Support the Annualized Operating Plan (AOP), develop outlook & forecast capabilities and develop mitigation plans to support target achievements.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Be an active participant and contributor to commercial and operational discussions, assisting the leadership to drive profitable growth.
- Ensure a high level of collaboration and coordination is maintained with Systech Finance and FP&A team as well as across Dover Digital’s other businesses.
- Help drive Working Capital performance to exceed targets.
- Contribute to Dover Digital’s finance strategy with active involvement in the advancement of standardized, centralized, and automated processes across the entire function.
- Support the standardization of systems and processes to Dover Digital’s requirements, delivering a fit for purpose finance operating model, that can scale with business growth.
- Actively participate and represent PCE for any centrally driven initiatives including implementation of new solutions like ERP, Consolidation or otherwise
- Provide support to the Finance & Accounting team during periods of high demand like quarter end close, audits etc
Qualifications
- Relevant master's degree required, a CPA or Chartered Accounted certification a plus.
- Demonstrated at least 7+ years of experience as a finance leader with broad experience in performance management and reporting in a global setting.
- Proven experience as a strong business partner with excellent understanding of business needs.
- Deep knowledge of the financial requirements for the (light) manufacturing industry. Previous exposure to software development a plus
