  • Oversight of daily warehouse team work processes:
    • Shipping
    • Receiving
    • Parts
    • Order consolidation
  • Flexible to step in and assist Production and Warehouse roles due to:
    • Spikes in Production demand
    • Employee absentees
  • Provide training in specific warehouse tasks
    • Cross-training
    • New hires
  • Provide back-up support for Materials Supervisor in the following areas:
    • Inventory accuracy including root cause assessment
    • Participate & contribute in part End of Life (EOL) discussions
    • Complete import and compliance documentation
    • Release of embargo holds after Cust. Service has completed export compliance paperwork
    • Basic buyer activities
    • Inventory adjustment process
    • Part shortage board and spreadsheet for purchasing
    • Coordinate with customer service in setting shipment dates
    • Re-allocation of warehouse resources depending on daily production & shipping demands
  • Available to work overtime when necessary


Qualifications / Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • +3 years in previous shop floor leadership experience
  • Recognized by peers as a leader
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple complex situations daily
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
