Customer Service Coordinator (Internal Flow)

The role:

Customer Service Coordinator acts as the key liaison between internal customers, operations, and global demand teams. Responsible for coordinating intercompany flows, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring execution performance, and driving issue resolution across the supply chain. Collaborates with purchasing, production planning, warehousing, and regional support functions to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

 

What you will do:

  • Review and validate Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal requirements,
  • Verify product availability and the completeness of information required for order processing and delivery. Coordinate necessary corrections with relevant stakeholders when needed,
  • Manage and prioritize demand requests, ensuring timely execution and alignment across involved teams,
  • Provide regular updates to internal customers regarding the status and progress of ongoing activities and open issues,
  • Identify process deviations and non-conformities, communicate findings to stakeholders, and propose appropriate corrective actions within the scope of responsibility,
  • Escalate non-standard requests, complex issues, and significant non-conformities to management when required,
  • Understand internal customer requirements and ensure a high level of service and responsiveness,
  • Create and process Credit and Debit Notes in accordance with company procedures,
  • Coordinate master data updates by collecting business requirements from internal customers and ensuring appropriate system changes are implemented,
  • Act as the key liaison between Supply Chain, IT, and Process Development teams, supporting system enhancements, process improvements, and the implementation of new business requirements,
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and process standardization.

 

What you need to have:

  • Experience with SAP MM module,
  • Understanding of supply chain processes,
  • Knowledge of Inventory, purchasing and pricing management,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher,
  • Customer-focused approach,
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail,
  • Proactive and solution-oriented attitude,
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks,
  • Confidence in collaborating and negotiating with internal stakeholders.
