Within the Quality Management & Improvement Direction, you will be working for the Global Quality Systems manager to coordinate activities in Global Quality and Food Safety Systems, ISO9001 and Customer Request/Quality Agreement management process. You will support on different projects and will manage a variety of daily tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
The Global Quality Systems Coordinator oversees compliance of our Quality Systems with corporate Quality policies, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.
Main job responsibilities are to support the overall implementation of the Systems management processes, the Quality documents, effective running of the annual program of internal and external audits, the resolution of non-conformities and customer satisfaction for the Questionnaires or Customer Quality Contracts.
- Quality And Food Systems: Document and Forms Control. Coordinate, update and maintain the documents in the Document Management Tool. Write or support writing of process documents (policy, procedure or instruction). Lead the update plan and contribute of the process updates. Support and train on process. Review internal audit reports, enter data into JIRA, follow up action plans (PACTS). Perform internal audits. Lead local quality plan, organize and follow up the customers and other organizational audits. Contribute to annual management systems review.
- ISO9001 and FS certification: Coordinate ISO9001 & BRC certification program (Management of Reviews, audits, improvement action plans). Contribute to global program (ISO 9001 & BRC).
- Customer Requests: Prepare the answer to simple Customer Quality Questionnaire request. Lead the process for complex Customer Quality Questionnaire and Quality Agreement requests, coordinating actions from defining which experts must provide the answers to the validation and signature process management before answering to customers. Lead the process of coordinating Customer audit requests from request acceptation to the audit realization and the follow up of the action plan.
Your job responsibilities will be shared between Global Quality Systems activities (50%), Keene Quality Systems activities (25%) and Keene Food Safety Systems activities (25%). Traveling one or two times per year is anticipated.
Job Qualifications:
• Associate or Bachelors Degree in Quality, Supply Chain Management, or similar discipline with 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality
• Knowledge of PDCA, process approach and risk management
• Knowledge, ability to explain and apply ISO9001; Food safety experience will be a plus.
• Previous experience with audit process
• Knowledge of Quality tools (5 Whys, cause analysis/troubleshooting tree, 8D problem solving, REX)
• Knowledge of project management and LEAN tools
• Knowledge of rules for drafting technical documents and document management
• Knowledge of international and intercultural relations
• Knowledge of the office suite, Nitro Pro, SharePoint tools, TEAMS
• Knowledge of JIRA, SAP, Visio
• Knowledge of international trade
• Knowledge of the organization of a company and its main processes
• You have experience with coordinating complex activities involving cross-functional stake holders, international activities, contract management and internal & external audits. To have company knowledge is a plus. You are comfortable speaking with people from different levels at the company.
• Autonomous, structured, rigorous and results focused with a good team spirit and strong analytical skills.
Work Arrangement : Hybrid
Salary Range : $27.00 - $33.00
