Markem-Imaje is strengthening its presence in the market to improve customers' service and satisfaction by further expanding the Indirect sales channel. To support MI Indirect strategy and ensure partnership works to the mutual benefit of both, we are looking for a Partner Supplies and Service Engagement Specialist responsible for supporting Channel Sales Managers to secure and develop Aftermarket Sales Revenue (Consumables, Services and Spares) of Markem-Imaje Partners and their end-customers.


In this role you will need to:

  • Support and accelerate revenue growth via Partners
  • Use existing KPI dashboard to track Partners' progress
  • Analyze the data/performance and coordinate activity with Channel Sales Managers and Partners to identify upselling and recovery opportunities to maximize revenue growth, agree on the actions needed and do the follow up to get the best results
  • Work proactively to provide the Channel Sales Manager all the information and solutions that a Partner and their end-customer  would need.
  • Contribute to develop the S&S portfolio for Partners
  • Contribute to improve the existing sales dashboard to track Partner's objectives achievements
  • In parallel, support the Project team to build and deploy a new solution to maximize Partners and their end-customers loyalty
  • Ensure Partners' Solution adoption by supporting Partners' onboarding, presenting benefits and the value proposition
  • Effectively partner and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction is at the highest level and get ahead of any major issues in coordination with the customer help desk team.
  • Monitor Projects Schedule and Delivery.
  • Provide support for Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Customer Digital Engagement and prospecting through LinkedIn navigator.



  • 3 to 5 years’ experience working in a sales capacity required with Sales or After Market Sales experience (Partner experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with business process flows and operation of BI and Sales CRM systems.
  • Proven analytical skills and business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to present, share knowledge and educate diverse audiences
  • Ability in a fast-paced environment and make decisions independently and without immediate supervision or guidance with good time management skills
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Aptitude to learn new technology is required
