As a Lead Analyst SAP ERP System, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and

deployment of local and global change requests requested by the SAP key users.

You will analyze business processes and find system-based solutions, develop technical terms for system

enhancements and assist in preparing test scenarios, end-user documentation, and business process procedures.

You will be part of the global SAP ERP Team and work closely together with the other internal and external IT

colleagues to ensure that all local enhancement requests are in line with the global SAP standard.

For the planned MAAG global roll out of the SAP S/4 HANA you will be part of the global project team.

Position description – Tasks, responsibilities, competencies 

· Work with various departments to understand their needs, document requirements, and collaborate on

the design, configuration, development, testing, and implementation of various SAP modules and solutions

· Translate business processes and requirements into functional specifications and/or SAP

configurations (Customizing)

· Cooperates closely with the external partners related to the SAP solution (Basis support,

implementation partner if not solved internally)

· Guides system users through testing, training, and operational changes required for each rollout of

change requests

· Maintain strong relationship with the key users and local management

· Ensure that IT Controls and SOX compliance are followed

· Provide functional SAP support to the local key users

· Work closely together with other Maag and Dover IT colleagues

· Be part of the planned worldwide S4/HANA transformation and roll out program

8+ years of professional consulting experience in SAP in at least three functional modules (SD, MM, FI)

SAP certificate in at least one functional module

Experience in ABAP programming

Experience in S4 and roll out of HANA Database
