Role Summary:
SWEP is currently on a journey to enhance its financial reporting standards and processes across the entire organisation and are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Corporate Business Controller to join our FP&A Group Controlling Team. As part of your role, you will play a crucial role in providing financial forecasting, budgeting and analysis efforts to support and drive strategic decision making, as well as support manufacturing related departments on best practice enhancements to collating financial activity and financial performance improvements.
As part of the FP&A Group Controlling Team, which oversees a globally distributed organisation, you will need strong communication skills to effectively discuss financial matters relating to Manufacturing related topics with various international persons. Equally, capable of delivering fast paced changes on new process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Develop and maintain financial models for various manufacturing business units and projects.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
- Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- International and cultural awareness gained from working with dispersed global Teams.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills gained within an Industrial or Manufacturing-related environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Fluent in English is essential along with a C1 Level and above in Swedish.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
