Enterprise Architect

Come and join us in bridging business needs with our digital landscape! This role focuses on working across the full Enterprise Architecture landscape – including processes, data, applications, and platforms – ensuring that our digital ecosystem develops in a harmonized and business-aligned way.
What you will do
In this role, you will be a key driver of SWEP’s digital transformation. You will translate business ambitions and challenges into clear architectural directions and long-term digital roadmaps. An exciting focus will be to lead the creation of SWEP’s AI capability, researching new technology trends to define our future AI opportunities and priorities. You will also own the agenda for the Architecture Council (ARC), ensuring alignment across stakeholders and securing an optimized and cost-effective digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enforce the overall enterprise architecture strategy, blueprints, and IT roadmaps.
- Define architecture standards, oversee technology implementation, and inform strategic investments.
- Bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. You facilitate dialogue, build shared understanding, and translate business ambitions and challenges into clear architectural direction.
- Research new technologies, trends, and solutions to advise on strategic investments.
- Evaluate existing technology, identify, and implement improvements for cost-effectiveness and performance for system optimization.
- Govern changes to SWEPs Business processes in collaboration with Business Process owners to secure documentation governance.
- Support Functional, Business and System Owners to understand and carry through their system-governance responsibilities and secure a well-managed and aligned digital ecosystem.
- Lead the creation of SWEPs AI capability and architectural needs, and inform our AI architecture strategy informed by research, field work and investigations, to define SWEPs AI opportunities, agenda, priorities and roadmap.
- Document and Govern SWEPS business to system architecture.
- Support and mentor colleagues, acting as an ambassador for Enterprise Architecture and fostering architectural understanding across SWEP.
- Coach and mentor the work of systems and integration architects
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across SWEP, working independently within your area alongside solution and integration architects.
This role is full-time and based in Landskrona and involves 5–20 days of business travel (away from home) per year. We offer the flexibility that life sometimes requires, but we believe that collaboration and value creation happen best when we sit and work together from our office.
You will be reporting to the Director of Digital Excellence based in Landskrona.
Your background
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT with experience in enterprise, business, or system architecture, design, and implementation.
- Hands-on and proven experience from creation of Business Capability Maps, Value Stream Maps, Strategic Roadmaps, or equivalent architecture tools.
- Relevant certifications or proven experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Certified Architect, SAFe® Architect).
- Expertise in cloud computing, security, software development and infrastructure.
