We are looking for a Process Engineering Manager to our Engineering team based in Landskrona, Sweden

About the position

This is a developing role where your most important mission is to lead and develop the Process Engineering team at our plant in Landskrona. It is important that you involve, motivate, and make your team grow so that you, through them, can reach the company's targets.

Our Landskrona plant is developing, and we have many exciting technical projects and new investments ahead of us. You will play a key role in this journey by making sure we prioritize and run our Process Engineering projects according to plan. You will also maintain our focus on day-to-day work to ensure our production lines are always running. The pace is high, and changes happen fast, so you need to be able to adapt to, and be comfortable in, new situations.

You will be working cross-functionally and collaborating extensively with Production, Global Engineering, R&D and other departments. We believe working together is how we will succeed. You will also be part of a team of four that covers all the engineering functions, and you will report directly to the Engineering Manager. This role will offer you many personal development opportunities and enable you to challenge yourself as a leader.

You build relations easily with other people and functions in the organization, and you understand the importance of working together and communicating well. We would like you to have a positive drive, to be open to change and to take initiatives towards continuous improvement.

Your background

• University degree in a technical field (or comparable qualification)

• Leadership experience, for example from leading a team in production or engineering

• Experience of working in any industrial or technical area

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
