Quality Engineer, Landskrona, Sweden

What you will be doing

Your main task as is to continuously improve the quality work of our products and processes at the Landskrona Plant. You will focus on problem solving in production in order to reduce scrap and re-braze. You will lead and perform claim investigations from containment actions to investigation reports. We also expect you to follow up on actions reported to our customers to secure timing and effectiveness.

This is a cross functional role with many internal contacts. You will for instance stay close to our production employees in daily dialogues and conduct trainings of common quality tools. You will also work closely with our Engineering organization when you conduct trainings and when you lead the work with FMEA and Control Plans. There will also be external contacts with customers. When we have third party audits or customer audits, we expect you to be the quality representative.

We have bright future at the Landskrona Plant and many new exciting things ahead of us. You will play a key role by participating in new product development projects as quality representative.

We strive for always being better and continuous improvements are important. It´s your task to collect and analyze relevant quality data as base for improvement activities. Based on quality analysis result, you will lead different continuous improvement activities.

You will be a part of a team of other Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians where the engagement is high. You will find many exciting challenges which leads to opportunities for personal development.
