POSITION TITLE: Senior Business/Systems Analyst



Position provides support for eliciting the business needs of the customer for researching and coordinating opportunities for technology and process improvements to help implement solutions to complex business problems. Will provide support to the business units, technology teams and support teams. Responsible for gathering requirements, requirements management, and support designing solutions with automated systems or process improvements creating value to the business goals and objective.

Responsbilities Include:

  1. Serves as a Business Partner aligned with functional areas to support and execute the goals and objectives of the business.
  2. Provides analysis support for complex processes in all areas of the business to identify and document business needs and establish requirements that follow standard business processes and practices.
  3. Provides support in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures.  Researches and evaluates new technologies.
  4. Develops, coordinates, and executes plans to test business and functional processes during the development/configuration phase and quality assurance testing.
  5. Assist in user acceptance testing, including reporting and documenting defects, and conducting complex root cause analysis.
  6. Assists in troubleshooting post implementation issues for large/complex projects. Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests.
  7. Conduct account reviews with Executive Leadership to include prioritization and cost tracking of planned and executed initiatives for roadmap development, updates, and execution.
  8. Creates or assists others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures.
  9. Assist other personnel on assignments including mentoring or providing on-the-job training to junior employees.

Overall Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems or related field.   3-5 years minimum experience in systems development life cycles of Web/Mobile cloud-based platforms, web services integrations, and ERP integration solutions.
  • Knowledge of Project Management principals, Business Analysis and Systems Design, and experience with the following platforms:  Oracle Cloud ERP and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Contact Center platforms, preferably PureCloud Genesys
  • Analytical data analysis leveraging BI reporting tools


This position can work remotely with periodic travel or out of our office locations in Downers Grove, Illinois or Madison, Indiana.
