POSITION TITLE: Senior Systems Developer



Gathers and analyzes information and data as a precursor to development, alteration, or integration of application systems.  Responsible for management of all full life cycle studies, development, and documentation.  Works with personnel in all areas of RLC to ensure maximum uptime and systems reliability as well as ensure that solutions meet or exceed informational and operational needs.  Also responsible for leading assigned project teams for both process and application development/review/revision and implementations.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Review, evaluate, update and analyze projects based on business priorities.
  2. Define scope with timelines and adherence to deadlines, coordinate additional personnel as needed, determine best path, and lead projects to successful completion.
  3. Application development skillsets required include JAVA, CSS, JQuery, Bootstrap, SSIS, JSON, APEX and Visualforce Components and Classes (Salesforce), Dell Boomi Integration, and C#/VB.Net a plus for legacy support if needed.
  4. Application development experience in Salesforce, Oracle Cloud ERP, Dell Boomi, and PureCloud Genesys platforms leveraging technology solutions for eCommerce, IoT, and digital capabilities for the business.
  5. Prepare documentation such as user manuals, on-line help, flowcharts, Gantt charts, training plans, knowledge base documents, and operator instructions for existing or new systems as well as problem resolution.
  6. Understands, adheres to and enforces software development methodologies, change management, full life cycle development, and coding standards.
  7. Designs and maintains SQL databases per project requirements.
  8. Understands and adheres to Sarbox requirements pertaining to documentation, logs, and development.
  9. Oversee, administer or assist with all data, programming and support issues for internal Operations platforms working with vendor technicians.
  10. Assists in facilitation of or leads project meetings.
  11. Provides application support for end-users.
  12. Backup support for IS departmental personnel
