VSG - Inside Sales Coordinator

Position: Inside Sales Coordinator

Summary:
Responsible for government direct sales contract administration and bids. Spearhead lead management and reporting in CRM. Assist Inside Sales Manager with Key Accounts.  Manage quote to install process for strategic accounts.  

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Embraces and understands all products and technology.
  • Handle all government direct/assigned strategic accounts documentation including quotes, sales orders, follow-up communications with agencies and coordinate required installations.
  • Improve the ability to further develop relationships with existing sales customers, distributors and installers.
  • Identify potential direct government bids and follow-up to cultivate new sales opportunities.
  • Be responsible for all system data entry for quotes and sales orders.
  • Provide discovery and feedback on sales leads sales team.
  • Initiate leads reports, investigate and resolve issues within CRM
  • Work with government agency personnel to building relationships and in providing required documentation.
  • Work closely with the field sales team on all projects requiring their involvement.
  • Secure any additional sales training on Rotary or competitive products, both internal and external.

Job Requirements:

  • High School degree, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in project management or inside sales.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft programs and CRMs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple demands.
  • Must take initiative to solve problems and self-motivated.
  • Work under limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Office 365 and SalesForce.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
