Job Summary:
As part of the Global Compliance office, the Trade Compliance Analyst supports the Trade Compliance activities in the (insert region) region and supports the business and functions in preventing and resolving issues that may otherwise result in border delays. This role interacts with the Global Trade Compliance organization and participates in work groups to define the Global Trade Compliance standards for Markem-Imaje. This role is a primary Trade Compliance point of contact providing guidance to the business.
A key responsibility of this role is to help enable the business to fully comply with all relevant trade compliance laws and regulations. Close collaboration with Global Trade Compliance, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Replenishment and Sourcing as well as relevant Government Authorities is required to successfully enable compliance.

Key Competencies:
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or related field/equivalent qualification. 3-5 years of trade compliance background in a fast-paced industry.
Comment:
Specific focus of the role will be defined each year by the RTCM and Director Trade Compliance/CCO in cooperation with the incumbent via the performance goals and other projects/ assignments.
