This position requires the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the Assembler III position in addition to the coordinator functions.  A variety of complex tasks is performed in support of assembly, other production processes or production testing operations in support of the IWE Production Team. 

As an Assembler III Team Coordinator, you will:

  • Perform a variety of complex assembly duties as assigned using standard procedures, tools, materials, machines and equipment. 
  • Assemble and package a variety of parts, working from process instructions, blueprints, or verbalized instructions.
  • Support developmental, prototype or pre-production activities. 
  • Schedule and assign work to production team members to meet production goals.
  • Monitor progress of team toward production, safety and quality goals and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide orientation and position training to new employees.
  • Communicate and coordinate in a professional and positive manner.
  • Other essential functions as outlined in the specific job descriptions.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Four to eight years’ assembly experience for level 3.
  • Previous leadership training or experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers. 
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. 
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to effectively problem-solve. 
  • Must possess good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment rotating through all stations.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is continuously standing, repetitively grasping and repetitively using fine manipulation with the hands. 
  • The team member may be frequently required to walk, bend, squat, or twist as well as repetitively push or pull. 
  • It is essential to be able to frequently lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Would like to have prior production assembly experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
