Position Summary -

 

This position will be responsible for handling direct sales for PSG product like Blackmer – Compressor & Rotary Pumps  product by creating new accounts by business development spread across Western Region plan to achieve maximized sales revenue levels. Responsible for consistently increasing sales and market share and work closely with the end clients/distribution channel.

 

Requires skills and abilities consistent with Engineering or commensurate experience. Minimum 7 to 9 years of sales and/or sales management experience.

 

Background working in direct sales and managing distribution channels is an added advantage. Person should have an on-hands experience handling various sectors like Speciality Chemicals, Industrial Gases , Power Plants, Oil & Gas, LPG OEMs, EPCs companies  more details please review : www.psgdover.com

Essential Job Functions Include -

 

  • Market Analysis. Market penetration & competitor knock out technique preparation
  • Coordinates for developing budgets and forecasts to support investment
  • Possess Business Development skills for new business and thrive for getting product approvals.
  • Personally establish end-user level contacts with the all Consultants ,OEMs and key accounts offices in India.
  • Make end-users calls to support sales efforts of accounts and to learn about sales/quality/application issues of product.
  • Highly efficient utilization of computer, field presentation projector etc.
  • Provide timely communication with supervisor and/or management – including monthly reports - on all events in the market place that could affect the company, including competitive issues, product quality, and/or service issues.
  • Promote and execute marketing plans, sales tools, new products, and other company programs to corresponding channels and/or users.

Support  Sr Manager-  Sales  to increase the market reach.
