Process Engineer

Part of Dover Corporation’s Engineered Systems segment, Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is a strong, diverse and dynamic global leader in the vehicle service industry. VSG comprises 13 major vehicle lifting, wheel service, diagnostic and collision repair brands: Rotary Lift®, Chief®, Forward®, Direct-Lift®, Ravaglioli, Hanmecson®, Revolution®, Elektron, Blitz, Nogra, Butler, Space and Sirio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Analyze product specifications, part drawings and other engineering data to develop process flow chart, estimate work time for each step and prepare operation sheets.
2. ‌ Follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organization’s standards of quality and cost.
3. ‌ Analyze existing production processes to make welding and assembling working instructions and guides. 
‌4. Make recommendations to improve working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; improve quality and consistency of final products. 
5.‌ Design and coordinate for fabrication of fixtures.
6.‌ Other jobs assigned by the superior.

1. Production process optimization and improvement.
2. ‌Improve productivity and achieve cost savings.
 
OVERALL QUALIFICATIONS – Skills and Experience
1. ‌Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. 
2. ‌Minimum 3 years’ experience of fixture and process engineering in mechanical manufacturing industry. 
‌3. Have good communication and teamwork skills. 
4. ‌  Proficient in using 2D and 3D design software, such as CAD, SW, CREO, etc.
