Key Objectives: -
This role will be responsible to execute the responsibilities of an HR BP driving HR Process and Talent Management initiatives at India level. This role will also be part of the Regional L&OD COE team supporting Talent & OD initiatives at APAC level.
The main areas of attention are Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee engagement and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with a strong attention towards HR Processes and Organization Development initiatives in an MNC.
This role requires an expertise to work in a matrix organization balancing global initiatives aligning to the local priorities and requires excellent communication’s ability to ensure all stakeholders are properly onboard to the Talent & OD initiative by creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
The incumbent should be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced, analysis driven and rapidly changing environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will be partnering India HR Director & Global Talent Management Lead in driving key critical local priorities and global initiatives for the India & APAC region. Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in India & APAC level. Organizational Development – to better leverage global framework and execute that in India & APAC level. Leadership Coaching – multiple senior leaders in the India as well supporting and guiding them across the business on all HR & practices. Ensuring Talent Development and talent effectiveness through attracting, developing, and retaining processes and creating a robust talent pipeline through effective succession planning exercise. Driving organizational effectiveness through engagement survey, succession planning, performance management process. Learning & Development – Drive L&OD initiatives using LMS, identifying competency gaps, creation of IDPs, develop learning modules and execution. Culture Drive - Oversees the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, organization surveys and action planning, employee engagement/retention efforts. Demonstrate organizational values and principles and should have desire leadership competencies.

Education:
Full time MBA Degree in HR from a Tier 1 or 2 reputed institute in India.
Experience:
Minimum 8-12 years of work experience preferably in an MNC into HR Business Partnering role driving Talent Management, Performance Management initiatives with a strong understanding of all key HR process.
Skills:
Business Acumen and Sound Judgment.
