Role Description

Blue Bite is looking for an Account Manager to support our Out-of-Home Media team with onboarding new partner campaigns and managing relationships existing partner clients. A successful candidate will have experience in the Out of Home media space, providing project management support, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail and prioritization. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to retain existing clients and identifying opportunities for expanding our existing strong relationships, as well as work well in a team environment, and provide value for our client partners. Onboarding New Campaigns

  • Gather and analyze all campaign assets needed to satisfy project requirements from clients
  • Identify gaps in both campaign assets as well as partner knowledge and guide partners to smoother onboarding of future campaigns
  • Provide service and campaign kick-off support to partner clients
  • Partner across teams to deliver the highest level of quality

Partner Management

  • Monitor performance of campaigns to ensure successful execution
  • Communicate with Sales and Partner teams regarding performance of campaigns
  • Maintain/Create/Update monthly reports
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to make necessary changes requested by partner
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on efficacy and changes needed on Enablement tools. Help create documentation, screenshots and tutorials for partner clients

Skills and Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in related field, or combination of relevant education and work experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant account management experience such as a Customer Service or Sales Admin role, at a software company
  • Experience as an Account Manager is preferred but not required
  • Experience in the media and advertising vertical
  • Exemplary verbal, written communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate succinctly over the phone and via email
  • Able to work independently, initiate their own projects as needed to streamline their workload, understand the business process and work in a team environment
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage and prioritize several tasks and requests at once
  • Learns quickly, asks questions, wants to understand their responsibilities and the industry

  • Hubspot CRM
