Blue Bite is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help drive our accelerated growth in the market. This is a collaborative position working closely with Sales and our external marketing partners to implement campaigns, manage the production of marketing content and build awareness for the Blue Bite brand. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of integrated campaigns and should have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including branding, digital marketing, communications and social media. The Marketing Coordinator should be an organized multitasker with the ability to handle various diverse projects at once and meet project deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing process improvements for lead generation, content production, brand development and market intelligence.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to prepare marketing campaign activity reports and metrics.
  • Manage external agencies for the development of various marketing content, providing creative briefs and managing timelines and expectations.
  • Manage the tactical orchestration of the marketing promotional calendar, keeping stakeholders aware of updates and issues.
  • Assist marketing team in developing presentations and internal communications to stakeholder teams.
  • Assist in planning and coordination of meetings, events and conferences by identifying requirements and developing schedules and assignments.
  • Proofing of creative content and copy to ensure proper brand voice, relevance and grammar.
  • Limited development and copywriting of templated marketing content such as one pagers, sales sheets, etc.
  • Occasional updates to company website CMS, such as copy updates and refreshed images.
  • Continually seek and research new sources of market and consumer data, providing recommendations to Sales and Marketing teams.



  • Proven work experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role supporting integrated campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with SEO/SEM and social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Experience managing internal/external content development teams and timelines
  • Copywriting and proofing experience for promotional marketing materials
  • Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot) and CMS software
  • Knowledge of creative and editing software such as Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated with excellent problem solving and project management skills
  • Experience working in a startup environment preferred


Salary Range: $68-70k base with 5% bonus.
