The Role:

Blue Bite enables brands to use their physical products to deliver personalized and interactives experiences at scale. We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you’ll be the backbone of our growth engine, prospecting for new business and qualifying opportunities for our sales team. Job Responsibilities: 

  • Craft compelling messaging to drive awareness, curiosity, and interest within target accounts to generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives
  • Discover new prospects through online research and social media monitoring
  • Identify key stakeholders and champions within target accounts
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Monitor and report your progress against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist with broader marketing initiatives to amplify the company’s brand presence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into actionable insights


Job Requirements: 

  • 1-3 years of proven success in generating new business through cold outreach for Martech SaaS solutions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, highly articulate over the phone, email, slack and in-person interactions
  • Self-motivated and driven to experiment with new approaches and continuously improve
  • Eager to learn and adapt, with the capacity to receive and implement feedback promptly
  • Competitive spirit with a track record of consistently exceeding performance targets
  • Resourceful and able to think on their feet, handling unexpected questions with composure
  • Shows attentiveness and understanding when listening to customers
  • Resilient and understanding in the face of objections and rejection
  • Team player with a history of thriving in competitive team environments
  • Optimistic approach, recognizing that energy and disposition are significant in the success of this role
