The Role:
This is a strategic and hands-on role for a seasoned product marketer who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer success and on driving real business outcomes. As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the full go-to-market strategy for our Connected Goods solutions, from positioning and pricing to launch execution and sales enablement.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Global Marketing teams to shape product direction and drive adoption, ensuring our solutions land with clarity, consistency, and impact. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to help shape how the market perceives and experiences a new category of software solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the product strategy from roadmap to execution for Blue Bite’s Connected Goods platform
- Conduct market research, segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform positioning, packaging, and pricing
- Shape product vision in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Markem-Imaje leadership
- Prepare and review product requirements in the form of Epics & User stories, own the product’s ranked backlog and collaborate with Engineering & CS for periodic product releases
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to prioritize features, ensure fit, and drive adoption
- Follow Product to Market development process to work along with other stakeholders of project teams including R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Training, Marketing communications, Product compliance and IT to launch the product
- Drive cross-functional launch plans, ensuring internal alignment and effective external rollout
- Monitor trends to continuously optimize messaging and roadmap decisions
- Develop sales enablement assets such as battlecards, value props, and training materials
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to prioritize features, ensure fit, and drive adoption
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating VOC, usage data, and sales input into product strategy
- Travel up to 20% of the time may be required
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing or Product Management, ideally selling products to retail, CPG, or FMCG
- Proven success launching and growing adoption of new SaaS products or features
- Strong storytelling and positioning skills, you can take a technical product and translate it into business value
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, distributed environments
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action, you’re strategic but not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Bonus:
- Familiarity with GS1 Digital Link, QR, or similar smart packaging technologies or supply chain solutions
- MBA or advanced degree in Product Marketing or related field

Work Arrangement : Remote
Pay Range: $129,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually (for NY candidates)
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
