We are looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to support the New York City headquarters and the broader team. The company is fun and innovative with a focus on design thinking that brings teams together. You will support the workspace leadership team in running the business of Blue Bite and help grow and strengthen the Blue Bite culture. This mid-level role requires the ability to work on problems of diverse scope, prioritizing them as needed to support business needs. It requires demonstration of good judgment, communication, and prioritization to streamline interaction with senior internal and external personnel.  It also requires some collaboration and communication across multiple Markem-Imaje offices.

  • Ensure that office is functioning with maximum efficiency
  • Assist with employee experience related tasks such as employee recognition for accomplishments and milestones, and planning events
  • Plan and execute strategy for company culture improvements
  • Control office expenditures and office contracts including statutory reporting, service, inspections, and so on
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Create and maintain documentation around team culture, values, best practices and OKRs
  • Manage Blue Bite branded merchandise storage and logistics for office product showcase and customer demos
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all IT related issues including creating tickets and follow up with IT for resolution
  • Event Planning, organization and implementation of town halls and company offsites


  • Manage business services by being the point of contact for the building cleaning, service, and maintenance contracts
  • Coordinate office facilities including support of seating arrangements for new staff as well as common space management
  • Gather company-wide feedback for use in planning strategy
  • Facilitate an effective meeting flow by keeping conference rooms organized, testing and troubleshooting communications technology being used for dialing in non-local participants, and running digital presentations
  • Manage logistics for meetings, including organizing agendas, handling room booking and logistics, preparing materials, and scheduling across multiple calendars to make sure that all key parties are able to attend
  • Support adhoc requests as they present themselves


  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience working as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or other relevant position
  • Ability to anticipate tasks, take initiative, and act independently without waiting for instructions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with good patience and professionalism
  • People-oriented with an aptitude for building relationships across personality types and levels
  • Experience with office management systems and procedures
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task keeping close track of details
  • Comfortable with the Google Workspace and Microsoft Office productivity suites
  • Good practical experience with office equipment
  • Experience in customer service
  • Organized and reliable with prioritizing and multi-tasking abilities
  • Business administration or other relevant area will be a bonus

Salary Range: $62-65k
